CHALLENGE:   Zynga wanted to educate users about its social game privacy policies, even though most gamers just click “agree” without reading.

SOLUTION:   Gamify the information by creating PrivacyVille, a knowledge-based game about the company's privacy policies that rewards players with Zynga Points.
